Is the Planner dated for each year?
The Planner has tabs for each month, and but is not dated by year. You simply start the planner in the month you receive it.

Are there instructions with the Planner?
The planner has easy to follow instructions in each book.

Do I have to have an account to order?
Ordering Planners is easy, just call our toll free number, your order information is taken, and your order is shipped out the same day. The invoice is sent to the dealership. If your dealership requires a P.O., please have it available at time of order. All NADA dealerships are pre-approved and will be billed on a net 30 basis.. If you want to order a planner for personal use, and not billed to the dealership, we accept VISA and Mastercard. We do not ship COD.

Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order, we ship orders of any size.

Can orders be shipped to Canada?
Yes, we ship via US Postal Service.

What if I am not happy with my order?
Any Hannah product can be returned for full credit if does meet your needs.
7.
I would like to show the Planner to my Sales Manager, Can I get sample pages faxed to me?
All Hannah products can be seen at the Website. If you need additional information and a Free Sample of the Planner can be sent to your Sales Manager or GSM.
